Vision and Mission
Vision: To meet the demand of animal meat from fishery sources, alleviate poverty and increase export income.

Mission: To meet the nutritional needs of the country by increasing the sustainable production of fish and shrimp and other aquatic resources and to increase the export income and to achieve the desired development of the poor fishermen and fish farmers as well as the socio-social sector of Bangladesh through the benefits obtained through the proper management of open water bodies with the participation of the poor people.
